Bachelor's degree

Full-time form

• UNT certificate;
• electronic certificate of educational scholarship;
• document on general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary education (original);
• an identity document (required for personal identification);
• medical certificate, form 075-U;
• 3x4 photos - 6 pcs.
• copies of benefit documents (if available);
• statement of accounts (for those entering on educational programmes of higher education, requiring creative training)

Full-time form, with the usage of distance technologies

• documents of technical and vocational, post-secondary education (secondary, applied bachelor's degree)
• an identity document (required for personal identification);
• medical certificate, form 075-U;
• 3x4 photos - 6 pcs.
• copies of documents on benefits (if available);
• in case of change of surname, a copy of the marriage/divorce certificate.
• record of service (the original is provided for verification)

Master's programme

When applying to the university:

• document of higher education (original);
• an identity document (required for personal identification);
• 3x4 photos - 6 pcs.
• medical certificate, form 075-U;
• CT certificate
• a document confirming labour activity (for people with a labour record);
• a list of scientific and scientific-methodical works (if any).

When applying via the e-government portal:

• request in the form of an electronic document signed by the service recipient's EDS;
• electronic document of higher education;
• electronic certificate of passing a foreign language test (English, German, French) under International programmes
• an electronic document confirming labour activity (for people with a labour record);
• 3x4 photos - 6 pcs.
• medical certificate, form 075-U in electronic format, approved by Order No. 907;
• a list of scientific and scientific-methodological works (if any).

Application deadlines:

June 1^st - August 25^th 

Interviews for those who have technical and professional or post-secondary education with the qualification "middle-level specialist" or "applied bachelor" in related areas of higher education training, providing for shortened terms of study, higher education, for the group of educational programmes providing for shortened terms of study on a paid basis, is carried out from August 20^th-25^th.

Acceptance of applications from applicants to take the creative examination is carried out in the Higher Education Institution from June 20^th to July 7^th of the calendar year.

The creative examination is held from July 8^th – 13^th of the calendar year.

For foreign citizens

Admission of foreign citizens to higher education institutions on a paid basis is based on the results of the interview conducted by the admission commissions of higher education institutions.

Second higher education

• document of higher education (original)
• Identity document (required for personal identification);
• medical certificate, form 075-U in electronic format;
• photos 3x4 - 6 pcs;
• in case of change of surname, a copy of the marriage/divorce certificate.

When applying through the e-government portal:=

• application in the form of an electronic document signed by the service recipient's EDS;
• electronic copy of documents of general secondary (secondary general), technical and vocational (primary and secondary vocational, post-secondary) or higher education (in case of absence of information in information systems);
• a 3×4 digital photo;
• medical documentation, form 075-U in electronic format,;
• UNT certificate;
• an electronic certificate of educational grant award (if available).
• after the service recipient receives a notification on acceptance of documents for admission to the VET portal in his/her "personal account", the service recipient submits the original documents to the service provider within the period from August 10^thto 25^th of the calendar year.
