The round table: Constitutionalism and protection of rights
A round table was held at Kostanay Engineering and Economics University named after M. Dulatov today to discuss key issues related to ensuring constitutionalism and protecting human rights and freedoms in the context of historical heritage. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Constitution.
Among the participants are leading experts in the field of law: Deputy of the Department of General Legal Disciplines of the Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev, police Lieutenant Colonel Assel Batyrbayevna Akylbekova, senior lecturer of the Department of General Legal Disciplines, police Lieutenant Colonel Ramazan Bakhchanovich Auzhanov, senior lecturer of the Department of General Legal Disciplines, Candidate of Law, Police Major Lev Olegovich Khon and head of the branch of the party "Auyl" by Muslima Amantayevna Danyarova.
Representatives of the student youth also joined the round table.
At the round table, experts described how the modern constitutional system protects the rights of citizens and ensures their freedoms, and focused on the historical aspects of the rule of law.
The meeting participants noted that the protection of human rights and freedoms is the foundation of a stable and democratic society. It is especially important to develop legal literacy among young people.
