Ludomania-disease of society

Today at Kostanay Engineering and Economics University named after M. Dulatov there was a lecture devoted to the acute social problem - ludomania. The disease, which has been spreading more and more actively in Kazakhstan in recent years, became the topic of a serious conversation with young people.

Naib-imam of the mosque Zhailaubay ata (Zharlygasyn Asset Zharlygasynuly) told in detail about the devastating consequences of gambling addiction, which is gradually poisoning the minds of young people. In his speech, he noted that ludomania not only destroys the psyche, but also deprives a person of his moral compass and life goals.

- There is no such thing as easy money. Attempts to make money quickly and without effort lead to loss of human qualities and destruction of destiny, - he emphasized.

The speaker emphasized the importance of a conscious attitude to money and personal responsibility. According to him, it is young people who are at risk: gambling is often presented as harmless entertainment, while in fact it becomes a trap, from which it is difficult to get out.
