ABOUT SCIENCE AT KEnEU
Scientific work at KEnEU named after M. Dulatov is implemented in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan ‘On Science and Technology Policy’, the Strategic Development Plan of KEnEU and the annual R&D plan, which provides for a close relationship between education and research at all levels of the educational process.
KEnEU named after M. Dulatov ensures the integration of science with the educational process, modernising the content of the educational process.
Research work at KEnEU is an integral part of the university system and its goal and objectives are the work on the target indicators of the strategic plan.
R&D is conducted in the areas of activity of the departments, taking into account the needs of economic sectors.
The University conducts work on various research projects. The topics of initiative and contract research projects are registered in the National Centre for State Scientific and Technical Expertise.
The results of their research university teachers publish in journals recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in the field of science and higher education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan; in international peer-reviewed scientific journals included in the reference databases Scopus, Web of Science, etc.; in foreign journals and journals of the Republic of Kazakhstan; in collections of conferences; they register in the form of patents and copyright certificates, monographs.
The results of scientific research are implemented by university teachers in the educational process and production.
Lecturers and students of the university take an active part in international and regional conferences, seminars, competitions, subject Olympiads.
Every year the teachers of the university prepare and submit applications for international competitions, applications for grant funding competitions of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Every year the university holds the International Scientific and Practical Conference ‘Dulatov Readings’ and the International Student Scientific and Practical Conference.
