Focus on China: expanding international ties

President of KEnEU Rikhsibay Mamedov and Head of the Centre for International Cooperation and Project Implementation Zhanat Jabassova are currently on a working visit to China.

During the visit, meetings were held with representatives of Xidian University and Northwest Polytechnical University. During the meetings, areas of cooperation were identified, including student and teacher exchanges under the academic mobility programme, joint educational programmes, scientific projects and cultural exchanges.

"Northwest Polytechnical University is actively expanding its cooperation with higher education institutions in Central Asia, and our meeting came at just the right time" said Zhanat Jabassova - Head of the Centre for International Cooperation and Project Implementation. "We exchanged contacts, and the agreements reached will form the basis for further elaboration of all details upon our return to Kazakhstan."
